Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using PixCodeHub ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
Description of Service
PixCodeHub is a Laravel Product Factory platform that generates production-ready web applications from pre-built blueprints. The Service includes web-based configuration tools, code generation systems, APIs, and related documentation. Users select blueprints, configure features, and receive downloadable Laravel applications with full source code.
Account Registration
To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
- Maintain the security of your password and account
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
- Harvest or collect user information without consent
- Reverse engineer our blueprint generation systems
- Resell access to the Service without authorization
- Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
Intellectual Property
Our Property
The Service, including the blueprint library, generation engine, user interface, and documentation, is owned by PixCodeHub and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our blueprints represent proprietary architectural patterns that remain our property.
Generated Code Ownership
Code generated through the Service using your account becomes your property upon download. You receive a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, distribute, sublicense, and sell the generated code without restriction. This includes:
- Selling generated products on any marketplace
- Deploying generated products as SaaS offerings
- Customizing products for client projects
- Including generated code in larger works
- Modifying generated code without attribution requirements
Restrictions
You may not redistribute our blueprints, generation systems, or templates themselves. Your license applies only to the output code generated for your specific configurations.
Subscription Plans & Credits
The Service operates on a subscription model with build credits. Each subscription tier includes:
- Monthly Build Credits: Used to generate products from blueprints
- Active Project Limits: Maximum concurrent projects per tier
- Feature Access: Certain features are limited by tier
Unused credits expire at the end of each billing period and do not roll over unless specified in your plan.
Payment Terms
Paid features require a subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:
- Pay all fees according to the pricing in effect at the time of purchase
- Provide valid payment information
- Authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy. Generated products remain yours even if you cancel your subscription.
Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe:
- Violates these Terms
- Is harmful to other users or the Service
- Is fraudulent or illegal
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Products you have already generated and downloaded remain your property. You may export your project configurations for 30 days following termination.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that generated code will be error-free, secure, or suitable for any particular purpose. You are responsible for testing and validating generated products before deployment. Generated code is provided as a starting point and may require customization for your specific requirements.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PIXCODEHUB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR GENERATED PRODUCTS.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PixCodeHub and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, generated products, or violation of these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which PixCodeHub operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
